Reading what you've gone through from what you've posted, probably more a friendship trust issue than an introverted thing, but one can lead to the other. Still, you got this. Break that shell!

You probably had a troubled past with friends and this is your first genuine experience with them. That or if you're introverted, its a 'growing out of your hermit shell' experience. Either way, these are natural.
