Jim Watkins has shared emails from Epik regarding the suspension of his Domains for 5ch and bbspink. The suspension does not affect 8kun, 8ch or 2ch. Despite Jim’s efforts he was unable to regain the 5ch and bbspink domains to transfer it. He created a temporary solution so far but is not happy.

Just heard about Fredrick Brennan's death. He was a genuine example of how a person can try to make right the things they did wrong and do better. He got 8chan taken down and essentially deplatformed. And he never misrepresented who he was or the mistakes he made. We could all do that more.

Pulled some posts because I misread a dateline. The more general point I wanted to make: 4chan’s founder meeting with Epstein around the time where the /pol/ board opened up doesn’t prove much of anything. Moot openly loathed the /pol/ crew and the site’s dominant culture was very different then.
