Ok if it's really intense and the same song keeps going day after day without additional triggers then I admit I have no idea 👀💦 Minimal triggers sound normal though since it sounds like something that depends p. much solely on your personal associations.

Getting a song stuck in your head is too damn universal to be chalked off as a solely neurospicy thing. Inner monologue may not be universal though, according to various seemingly legit sources on the internets.
