A simple (and reversible) mod with pretty decent results on CRT and LCD monitors and even USB capture.
(at least with this VIC20, and with the monitors I tried)

I watched too many Techmoan videos lately and might have acquired an ancient Tonhöhenschwankungsmesser in unknown condition to restore and use. (Picture from seller, it’s not here yet.)

Ooo nice.. I didn't even look on YT setup videos. Will search YT the when I have a bit of wow and flutter calibration time! 😀

Heads up.. if it's anything like the machines I have & its out of calibration.. you'll need to try and find the OG factory setup details and a signal generator to dial it back in. Re-capping will throw it out of tolerance too, so watch that
