I love how adorable his design is, he’s so huggable! … Also How to Make Paper Cry 101: write a depressed character who’s desperately searching for a reason to live 😭 This man needs a hug!!! BY DESIGN — Snow Miku 2025. How to make Paper love your character design 101 = blue & white color palette + long hair!! 🙂‍↕️ BY PLOT — Hank Anderson (from ‘Detroit: Become Human’). Seeing this grumpy old man develop over the course of the story was super wholesome!! 🥺 I love his dynamic with Connor (the android protagonist) so much — they’re basically father and son and you can’t convince me otherwise!!! GUILTY FAVORITE — Fluttershy (from ‘My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic’). Yeah… 2014-2020 was my brony era 🥀 ALL-TIME FAVORITE — Tenzin (from ‘The Legend of Korra’). He looks at the viewer with a quizzical expression while stroking his beard in contemplation. I could go on and on about why I love Tenzin 😭 — I love how he’s written to be a wise mentor-figure who can still make mistakes and has active flaws of his own! Seeing old masters of their craft being portrayed a lil pathetically is always such a refreshing sight to see and it made Tenzin feel so much more “human” to me ❤️. ALSO I loved seeing him take on the role of a mentor, father, sibling, protector, and son at different times throughout the show — seeing these different sides to him made him feel so multi-dimensional as a character and I personally think that the writers absolutely NAILED the writing for Tenzin!
