3-year agreement retroactive to October 1, 2025, and running to September 30, 2028. Second Cooks, Assistant Bakers, Cleaners, Store Attendants and Drivers are receiving a $1.50 per hour raise retroactively to October 1, 2025. All the current General Help employees are receiving a $1.00 per hour increase retroactive to October 1, 2025.
On March 20, we ratified a new collective agreement for Food Service Workers at Acadia University that included an increase to wages retroactive to October 1, 2025!

We ratified a new agreement on March 14 for 60 members working as power sweepers in BC at Atlas Maple Ridge, SpectraTec Surrey, and Atlas Kelowna. 🔌🧹
Highlights include:
✅Night shift premium increased
✅New smart device allowance
✅Better grievance procedure language + more!

Yesterday, we had strike training and prepared for our strike at McArthurGlen outlet - a premier outdoor shopping centre near YVR.
We came together as unionized cleaners working for Dexterra + across multiple sites in Metro Vancouver to prepare to hit the picket lines.👊🏽🧹
