1. In a landmark ruling, the Montana Supreme Court has declared that the constitution, one of the most progressive in the nation, entirely protects transgender people.
The ruling is even insulated from SCOTUS decisions, due to how state constitutions work.

All the scary scenarios they push involve “men” in women’s spaces. They never mention trans men, but their bathroom bills put them in as much danger, if not more so. A trans man must choose between arrest for using the men’s room or a possible beating b/c he looks like a man in the ladies’ room.

BREAKING: 49 Senate Republicans just VOTED DOWN our simple bill to pay TSA workers.
Republicans have now blocked TSA pay SEVEN times. It’s a slap in the face to the men and women who have been working without a paycheck for weeks.
