I have a little bluetooth microphone thingie that can be placed on a PODIUM (or lectern, @notpodium.bsky.social) or clipped to a lapel, etc. Doesn't seem like a novel problem.

I'd be *really* worried if military hospitals stop offering them at all. They provide primary healthcare for military members as well as their dependents, especially when living abroad.
