When it comes to diagnosing coronary artery disease, the most common method is 2D angiogram. But despite being so common, AI innovation isn't optimised to learn from these scans. CVDLINK addresses this gap by teaching AI to understand these 2D images at scale.

This year’s edition took place at the Palacio de Congresos in Granada, gathering thousands of professionals from across disciplines. The CVDLINK team participated in this key cardiovascular forum to connect with national experts and exchange insights on the latest advancements in cardiovascular research, clinical management, and ongoing national trials. Some highlights: 🔷 The team attended several insightful sessions, including ones focusing on diagnosis and management of coronary syndromes with and without atherosclerotic plaque, and recent advances in atrial fibrillation management. 🔷 Participation in discussions about how imaging data and physiological signals can be integrated into prediction models to improve diagnosis, risk stratification, and personalized care. 🔷 Focus on the role of artificial intelligence and emerging digital technologies in transforming cardiovascular management—enhancing early detection, clinical decision-making, and the implementation of data-driven, patient-centered strategies.
