For my curious followers, I’m following @kev@qrk.one’s footsteps and merging my Fediverse account into Micro.blog for simplicity’s sake at @ray@alongtheray.social. Thanks Kev!

What’s going on these days? - Along the Ray You may have noticed I haven’t been traveling as much these past few months. While crossing the desert in Arizona last year, a thought popped into

This is very useful to play around with and select colors/tones for blogs, etc. I like their dark and light color generators to help hone in on light/dark themes (scroll further down for those): https://colorffy.com/discover

Hi all, I’ve been posting entries from my handwritten journal to the blog to bring it back up to date. They aren’t going out via RSS or socials (for now) to keep from cluttering it up meanwhile. Feel free to mosey over if you’d like to catch up with me. Take care. https://alongtheray.com

Love the idea of having a weekly “blog” club ala book club. Would be great to see more of these on different blog topics: posobin.com/blogclub/

This is pretty amazing – turning a Wordpress install into a complete Mastodon app/reader as if it were its own Mastodon instance. Love the ability to use it ala a RSS reader and even send articles to your e-reader. alex.kirk.at/2024/06/1…

Am curious, any of you put your personal journals/dairies online, either on your blog or in a separate area?

Thanks! It depends on the location really, it's easier to find spots further away from major metros and less developed campsites (most want hookups). My preference is to boondocks or no hookups but sometimes I have to go with the flow and take what I get, like state parks, etc.
