Question for constitutional law experts out there: If the executive branch refuses to follow or enforce judicial decisions, what recourse do the courts have? Or are they pretty much powerless?

Looking around @bsky.app -- it looks a lot like what Twitter was before it was ruined. The layout is similar, and the logo looks a lot like the old bird. It's like when Journey hired similarly named and vocally inclined Steve Augeri to replace Steve Perry. It's not quite the same but close enough.
What could possiblye go wrong?
I think so. I've never liked the whole "let's bring in a different QB to try and trick the defense" approach because then you have to, occasionally, have him run a conventional play when he's not warmed up and in rhythm, like the throw to Pickens that was incomplete.
