Hakeem Jeffries slams Republicans for voting against the war powers resolution to end Donald Trump's war in Iran:
"Republicans in the House continue to serve as nothing more than a reckless rubber stamp for Donald Trump's extreme agenda, and it's shameful."
Looks like we need to add Guy Fieri to our boycott list; he was seen (and filmed) hobnobbing with sexual abuser Andrew Tate over the weekend.🤬

Spot on.
Governments are blocking the internet, banning social media posts and cutting access to commercial satellite images. But experts say that efforts to censor information have had mixed results.
Plans have been released for Trump's arch dedicated to himself. Gift article, no paywall.

I haven't used USPS in years. Even the office, I use FedEx. Negotiated a company rate & know the item will arrive with no worries. More than I can say about USPS, who's lost more letters & packages or destroyed them in transit, that I care to count.
Bye Bye USPS.

Trump: “There are reports that Iran is charging fees to tankers going through the Hormuz Strait — They better not be and, if they are, they better stop now! President DONALD J. TRUMP”
Observations: Nothing I ever read in my Weekly Reader or saw on School House Rock prepared me for the fact that a president could lose his mind in front of the country and no one would seemingly be able to do anything.
So who's the theocracy here?
Rupert Murdoch's Wall Street Journal blasted JD Vance for "meddling" in Hungary's upcoming elections and hurting U.S. interests at a crucial moment in global politics.
Iran is declaring victory after Trump agreed to ceasefire, saying the U.S. adopted its terms—and it's hard to see it any other way. Iran’s leadership is openly celebrating what it calls a “crushing defeat” for the United States after Donald Trump agreed to a two-week ceasefire and acknowledged using Iran’s own 10-point framework as the basis for negotiations. Iran’s Supreme National Security Council says the U.S. has effectively accepted its core demands—including continued Iranian control over the Strait of Hormuz, acceptance of uranium enrichment, lifting sanctions, and even discussions of compensation and U.S. troop withdrawal. Essentially, Trump has, for now, given Iran everything they asked for. Iran’s Foreign Ministry confirmed the same framework, stating safe passage through the Strait will now be coordinated under Iranian control during the ceasefire period. So looking at statements from the U.S. and Iran, it seems clear Trump didn’t bring Iran to the table on U.S. terms—he appears to have moved negotiations onto Iran’s terms. After days of escalating rhetoric, including Trump's threat that "a whole civilization will die tonight," Trump has now reversed course and is embracing the very proposal Iran put forward that a U.S. official called "maximalist" just yesterday. For now, the world should breathe a sigh of relief Trump has backed down, though it feels that this was less of a "TACO"—and more of a surrender.
War, what is it good for? Absolutely nothing!
