To give an idea of what I am going for, we are reading Hohfeld for class 1 and Coase for class 2

I am teaching a "private ordering" seminar this semester (as well as M&A). Idea is to have a seminar that introduces students to all the great (and useful) works in both law & econ and legal theory. What article would you say is a must? Would love to check against my syllabus
