Think I'll use the hack press machine as my finisher tomorrow, after having maxed the vertical leg press. Last time I used it was in August, 12 reps at 57.5 kg. I think 160 kg for 15 reps tomorrow is readily achievable, while providing enough challenge to be a stimulus.

I need to stick to 100 kg for the deadlifts. My lower back's not happy when I do 110+. Especially on a cut. I told mysuring lf I'd stick to 100 kg, then forgot during the deload. Working on strengthening my stabilizers for the next few months :3
