what do people think of edited public Booth avatars on vrchat? i've wanted to optimize and publicly list a few i don't use anymore but am worried about the morality of it as most bases don't allow it in their TOS.

it sucks seeing more and more booth asset creators use genAI in their promotional materials.
i've never seen someone only take ONE shortcut when they resort to genAI, so i think it's best to assume the entire asset is genAI and not buy it.

i'd suggest to your friend to change the world thumbnail to one of the pretty pictures you posted instead of using ai </3 it drastically hurts initial interest + makes the world look trashy by default
