Words wedged inside
Dragged onto the page
Heavy as a lead lidded coffin
Lying on the paper
Taunting me to find another
There's no reasoning with my mind
The treasures stay hidden
A befogged brain has stilled my pen
I could weep with frustration
To bed I reckon

A ticking clock the soundtrack to my life
A million moments lived
Every pain and joy of yesterday sorted and stored
Fear and a handful of hope fill my tomorrow
I still have dreams to chase
Even as time chases my day's away

A drop of wisdom from a fool
Sometimes wrong
Sometimes an answer
But in the wrong
Solutions that worry not the soul
Lessons learnt to share
Some find such lessons wanting
For other tools to mend and build a life
To then pass them on

Play a tune to soothe a world full of worry
I carry such heavy burdens
Let a calming melody lessen my load
May sweet harmonies
Ease my hurting
And a stirring lyric
Lead me out of the grey
With every beat of the drum
May I journey on
To be one with the rhythm
Of lifes sweet song

The more they stole power
The more we stood firm against their division and fear
In our hearts we knew our message of hope would win against hate
Until our voices through the murk of lies were heard
And with hope came their demise
Never bowed
We the people rise

World’s largest wind farm is getting plugged in Hornsea 3 – a vast, offshore, wind farm project – has reached Norfolk, as renewables cut costs and reduce reliance on gas

Latest details on the largest wind farm in the world – to power 3.3 million homes – as it prepares to connect to the grid.

As renewables saved the UK £1bn in gas imports in March, Reform UK is still saying it wants to scrap Net Zero.

What's up mother earth
Because as I look around see the shit we're in
I know we've really pissed you off
We've been bad housekeepers
Taken your bounty for granted
Some of us are trying to heal you
Taken up your fight
But our rulers have gone rogue
We're really screwed aren't we

My inner world is full and rich
A place where I am never lonely
Always chattering with myself
Inquisitive questioning
Knowledge I didnt know I had forgotten resurfacing
If all else fails there's always googling
A time to ponder
Content in my own mind
Solving the myriad of life's puzzles

You dwell but briefly in this world
life's end a dissipating dream
Leaving pieces of yourself scattered in the hearts of all who held you dear
To be remembered in moments unbidden
Let those memories be of love given and shared
For no other legacy you leave behind will ever be greater

Next week’s disability cuts will make people destitute – and you might not understand how bad they are until it’s too late | Frances Ryan If new claimants don’t meet strict criteria, they’ll lose half of the health element of universal credit. Don’t ignore that: in life’s lottery, that could easily be you, says Guardian columnist France...

"From next week, almost three-quarters of a million of the most severely ill and disabled people in the country could end up having a lifeline benefit cut in half." By Frances Ryan who is excellent in my view. www.theguardian.com/commentisfre...

In a white painted house
Walls dripping with gold and blood
Lived a soulless man
He spread his evil across land and sea
We watched
We wept
We held our breath
A world on the brink
Finding hope is the hardest fight
But fight we must
We have a monster to slay

Blood for oil
Means nothing to us here
Because the bombs
Don't fall here
Not yet

War happens to other people
In a land removed from our reality
We can watch and shrug
As death rains down on beings
Who may call God by a different name

It won't always be this way
Maybe this season,
We reap the crops of destruction
We have sown for so long
Over so many fields

When our own families
Are buried under rubble
Will we then understand the true cost
Of such things as a tank of gas?

Fuck diagnoses
You don't know me
Just because I match
A chart in a book
Okay, maybe I'm pissed,
Don't feel like my own, whole person
I'm just one of those types
You can tell just by watching me
Maybe it's embarrassing
To see myself defined so perfectly
To know my entire personality
Can be boiled down
To some brain-sick labels
Like, how cliché can I be?

In the lonely it was dark
The air hung heavy with my sadness
A thousand thoughts fell as trickles of despair
Rivulets of pain bleeding into my heart
I was wounded
Seeking solace
Drifting silently without fuss into the arms of madness
Quiet women go unseen
Even as they disintegrate

It was these posts that made me set up this account. It’s long been known that abuse survivors with a personality disorder diagnosis have to contend with their abuser’s defence team discrediting their testimony in court. It’s not surprising that this has turned up in the Epstein files.

A billionaire can get what they want with one donation to a political party. The rest of us must fight for years to get even the most basic rights recognised. Money destroys democracy, more than any other cause. The first step towards a better world is to stop the rich buying political outcomes.

When my last day comes
Though it pains me to leave
Know that my love is always with you
When I'm a memory in your heart and you yearn to see me again
Know that my love is always with you
Remember us
Remember happiness before tears
Remember that my love is always with you

I'm hiding from reality
Wrapping myself in the love of all who hold me dear
Still believing
Still dreaming
Hunkering down to avoid this world
I Know deep down the storm will eventually drench me
But right now for my survival
You'll find me in my cocooon
Buried in an idyll of denial

I'm fighting to stay upright
Sobbed so hard
My tears ran dry
Wracked with the pain of living in a world I don't understand
When acts of inhumanity are everywhere
How do you not break
I want to stand in the street and scream
What the hell are we doing

Ticking Boxes
Do you feel sad
Never
Often
Always - tick
Do you feel anxious
Never
Often
Always - tick
And the list goes on
When will they ask
Do you hate having your pain measured by metrics
Never
Often
Always- tick
I'm so much more than data to be collated
