The indictment is arguing that by paying the informants, the SPLC was helping further extremist activity. But as Ryan notes below, the SPLC was sharing its intelligence with law enforcement. Is the Justice Dept suggesting that the FBI was using that intelligence to help these groups? Makes no sense
It's simple: If you can't get a security clearance, you should not be eligible for the position of Head of the FBI.
And NO ONE can tell me Kash can pass a security clearance, any more than Jared can.

By the way, there are two ICE charters headed to Africa right now. The Afghans in the NYT story aren’t onboard since they are in Qatar. But hundreds of immigrants who had been living in the US, sometimes for decades, have already been sent to 8 African “third-countries,” most of which are unstable.
