This session really hit home as someone that started in Gridania as a conjurer. To this day, I still find the Twelveswood so beautiful❤️ Just the thought of it, echoing and empty was enough to make me unsettled. It wasn't quite so empty as we thought though...👀

You don't have to be a megafit gymbro to start caring for yourself. I tried to make habits & failed a ton of times. Every step got me closer!

But working out has changed so much for me mentally & physically. It also lets me keep gaming despite chronic pain.

The thing is, I'm super selfconscious about posting my workouts but I also know how hard it is to get started 😖I want to inspire others to show up for themselves as active participants in their wellbeing!

I'm so excited for this episode! Tatsu-san is a master shamisen player that teaches at the Japanese traditional arts school I take dance through and he LOVES Japanese wrestling.
