I still can't win.
Once or twice a week, I feel so tired in the late morning that I'm practically falling asleep sitting at my desk at work. It hits around 10am and usually lasts two hours or so.
I'm not sure if it's a side effect from my sleeping pill I take at night or from my psych med.

Today was the memorial for my grandma. My last grandparent that I grew up with in my life (I am blessed to still have a grandparent who joined the family later along the line). It was good to see so many of the lives she touched and share in our communal loss. We will miss her dearly. 💜
I have six minutes left on my break before I have to drive back to work, and I really want to rest, but I'm afraid (somewhat irrationally) that my alarm won't wake me and I'll be late getting back to work.
