Hello fellow WordPress devs! If your schedule permits, I would be honored if you joined me for @loopconf.com on Sept 25th!
I personally curated the schedule and couldn't be happier about the diversity of perspectives and experiences we get to hear.

I feel the same way. There is not a single week in August that is a good fit (both Americans with kids starting school and Europeans taking their summer vacations).
Next weekend, I’m walking to fundraise for @breakthrought1dhq.bsky.social.
Join me in helping fund the science that will make his- and countless others’- lives better!

When Teddy was 7, he was diagnosed with type one diabetes. For three years now, he’s managed this disease with incredible tenacity. No one wants to have to describe their kid that way but he has taken on this challenge and done extremely well!
If you run a Java edition Minecraft server for you or yours and would welcome a creative kid who wants to make a few online friends and build cool stuff, please let me know! We are looking for the redemption arc in this story
My kid has his first experience with online bullying today while playing on a Minecraft server that had previously been OK. Nothing has made me so 😡 & 💔as to see my kid in tears over the betrayal of people he thought were friends & sadness at the loss of everything he had built
Thank you!
WordPress friends, I am working with some new teammates who have never been to a WordCamp and am looking for photos of booths to show them the creativity and variety of different ways that sponsors show up at flagship events. If you have some, send them over!
4 smiling women leaned together and posing for a selfie. We all are wearing glasses and have conference lanyards around or neck. A sign reading #WCEU can be seen in the background.
I kicked this #MichelleAndMe selfie up a notch with added friends!
Pictured left to right: @bph.social, @michellefrechette.bsky.social, @kjrichards.bsky.social , and yours truly. #WCEU
Happy Pride Month! 🏳️🌈
You should make this into a sticker! I’d totally buy it
@bradw.illiams.com Our family is heading to your neck of the woods for a few days of the kids spring break in a few weeks. Any recommendations of must do places or activities for the 10-year-old-ish crowd?
Enjoy my little weirdos!

It’s far from free but the most accurate and useful test I have ever done is the Strengths Finder www.gallup.com/cliftonstren... It is especially useful if you’re taking it with other coworkers so you can get a better picture of where your strengths complement or leave gaps
My dearest love and I passed a significant relationship milestone almost a month ago. We’ve been together for 7092 days but only spent 7068 days on earth before we met. We’ve had each other longer than we haven’t!
Teaching our kids about taxes and government overreach by watching the animated Robin Hood tonight. For no reason. None.
That would make me smile too!
I have spent too much of my time in too much of my brain power today dealing with a ridiculous pharmacy issue that is preventing one of my kids’ meds from being filled. I am a smoldering inferno
At 12, 10, and 6, ours were finally singing along 😁
In case you’re a historical clothing nerd like me, I highly recommend this video on the costuming in Muppets Christmas Carol youtu.be/9O_mL1X4UMI?...
One of our family traditions is watching the best rendition of The Christmas Carol on Christmas Eve. It is time!
Every once in a while, I remember to log any books that I have read physical copies of during the year. I added a few more this morning thanks to your post reminding me to do so!
Goodreads as well. For me, I know I wouldn’t actually track anything if it wasn’t connected to Kindle (my primary source of reading).
I landed on working more toward the beginning of this week so today and tomorrow are lighter working days. Working Monday & part of Tuesday then I am off for a week. Our summer nanny is coming back for a few days next week to lighten the mental load a little (& maybe score a day date with Brian?!)
This feels like a very Chicago-based opinion
Homemade mashed potatoes always!
We call it our “leisure minute.” By the time we send the kids back to bed for the x time, it really only feels like a minute
TechCrunch is reporting the same thing
I’m not sure you have to try that hard, these days
