“Some lives may be lost,” warns David Babington, CEO of Action Mental Health (AMH) as 64% cuts to VCS funding take effect 1 April.
900 clients will lose AMH support, increasing pressure on A&E and GP services. This is a local problem that needs a local solution from the NI Executive.
