Last night, after an hours-long public hearing, Monterey Park became the first city in California to pass an ordinance permanently banning data centers.

You asked me to guide you through what elements show it's generated by AI, and I did.
It's not that it "looks bad", it's that generative AI has extremely specific ways of misunderstanding human anatomy because it does not have context for what goes where.
No other filter will do that
If the AI generated ones can look at a toy, or a random object, or your hand, and add features that fundamentally change the photo, while also removing and combining elements of human anatomy that they think they recognize, that is the big tell, that's why extra fingers and leaky eyes happen
Most cgi filters have specific key things they look for that when present, activate the filter.
Cheaper filters are usually very basic overlays that don't effect the photo at all.
But AI generated filters, will simply add their presets to whatever they are shown indiscriminately.
I mean, would you like me to ask other people to help?
Cause "no concept of how flesh looks or what bodyparts are or where they go" is an extremely obvious tell.
Then, it added eyeshadow without the context of how eyeshadow works since they don't have consistent shapes or colors from the left to right.
And for lipstick the top lip somehow fused with an open mouth? Compared to the features of the bottom lip, it has no definition so it just looks like a void
Also, looking close at where your ear fuses into your hair, you can see that the AI does not know how hair works, and is just throwing tendrils around in the hopes it can emulate curls, but it doesn't know what direction to put them in or how thickness works.
Another penalty on this fire one as well, is the gigantic fleshy wrinkles to the right of where your arm fuses into you. Given the placement up top, it looks like it's trying to generate a collarbone but doesn't know where to put it. Plus it also flattened every single makeup feature as well

I don't know if they still have them but, they used to have user-made filters as options, so literally it could just be that a used lied about their filter, or Snapchat just got sloppy, as most social sites don't bother disclaiming most AI.
AI is incapable of processing what human features belong where, this looks to be an older model as well, from back when they couldn't figure out what fingers or faces look like.
I mean, yeah, just look at them.
In the black and white one, your right eye is leaking into your face, you have a strap of fabric inside your chest, and your ear is melting.
And in this one, your nostrils are distended, your ear is fused to your hair, and your arm just disappears into your torso
Let me check Snapchat but, yeah, this and the previous black and white one you posted are Ai generated, regardless of whether Snapchat disclosed it or not.

Where did you get them? Depending on the site/app, they don't require ai filters to be disclosed, so they'll just show up alongside normal ones.
