If memory serves, the limitation is that we have 8 clock lines for various functional units in our brain to latch to. One clock is always used for the current sequence, leaving a theoretical max of 7 active sequences. In practice the number is slightly lower.

It's for real people. Note that this is a company that actually manufactures in the US but has to source materials and parts from where they are made. #tariffshurtbusiness

Future of OSL in Jeopardy | OSU Open Source Lab A nonprofit organization working for the advancement of open source technologies.

OSU’s Open Source Lab has a shortfall of funding ($250k) that if they don’t raise, means the lab will be shutdown. Federal grants are a cluster right now and big donors might come through but in the interim, if you can donate or appeal to your company to donate, plz do! osuosl.org/blog/osl-fut...

Hats off to you. I am still trying to get the team I mentor to do proper fundraising with students dedicated to that. It seems there is just too much on the teacher's plate.

It can go both ways. You can end up ranking higher than you would have. Of course it is more fun to push forward but if you graduate with the ability to handle adversity more gracefully, that's a silver lining.

Mostly "heads up" but there was certainly "hands off" and "save the roughhousing for after game/practice."

I am not sure about that. There must be a very high development cost for the game every year. Then you have to fabricate all of the elements, staff the events, logistics, live data, HQ support, and overhead. The parts are inexpensive for what they are.
