I took part in the No Kings protest today at Laguna Hills. It was a great time, there were hundreds of people lining the sidewalk up and down the street, and many cars that drove by showing their support. It was encouraging to see all the people that are fed up and want to see change.

Three weeks ago this was all lush and green. The landscape here can change really quickly.

Some very tall Mustard plants are growing all over this mountainside.

Some pretty lush greenery today around Red Rock Canyon

The recent rains really wrecked parts of the trail, but it also created lots of little greenery. Seems like a good tradeoff.
