Inpatient yes in my experience. Not outpatient in my experience but I am sure everyone does things a little differently.

This beautiful, luxurious lady is trying to give me more grey hairs. She failed the first line antibiotic they gave her and so now on to a second antibiotic. Here's hoping this one works (it SHOULD, they did a culture and sensitivity, and it was somewhat resistant to first line therapy)
