More relevant than ever.

What a lovely space. What kind, generous, caring people. I’m so glad I’m here. Negativity, pain, and cruelty have been winning, and it’s been exhausting — but think of the world we can build around our collective grief, together. Good people give me hope.

I wrote and posted this to Instagram a couple of days ago and it became my most-read poem ever. I’m honored I get to feel big feelings alongside you all. I’m posting it here too and want to use this space more consistently. Hello friends ❤️

Signing into a new social media platform is kind of like a first day at a new school or job — unexpected (and slightly annoying) feelings of shyness, a little weariness, but with a near-tangible sense of newness and hope that I swear I could hold in my hands.
