That’s it. Other tasks = bonus, not pressure.

Tweet 3:
Why it works?

It respects executive function limits, reduces overwhelm, and builds momentum without burnout.

Try it today: Pick 3. Let that be enough.

ADHD/autistic and overwhelmed by to-do lists?

Try a “Minimum Viable List.” It saved my sanity. 🧠🧵

Tweet 2:

🌟 1 must-do (urgent)
🧠 1 brain-heavy (deep work)
🛠 1 body-based (cleanup/admin)

Farage wanting to bring back coal mining in Wales shows how little he understands the working class.
It's not mining coal that the area wants. Coal mining is filthy and dangerous. It's the well paid jobs and sense of community that coal mining created.
The Dulwich educated posh boy hadn't a clue.

Ben Habib - gone
Rupert Lowe - gone
Zia Yusuf - gone
If Nigel Farage can't even hold this tiny group together, imagine what a disaster he would be in government.

Before: Morning wine was my ‘adult juice box’—paired beautifully with denial and poor life choices.

After: Now I weaponise decaf coffee and a monthly Gregg’s pasty like a nun with a loyalty card.

Insight:Turns out rock bottom had a basement. Also, sausage rolls taste better when you’re not crying.

Try it today: Pick one task you’re resisting. Pair it with a “then” reward. Make the deal. Keep it. Let dopamine do the heavy lifting.

“When I fold the laundry, then I can watch 10 minutes of nonsense on my phone.”
