Wanted to apologize for not posting for quite a while. Stepmum just kept getting more sick & we are now in the end stage of her cancer journey. Hospice started last week 😓

Put some tuna and sliced pears out for the crows, but Audrey interrupted their dinner lol She seemed to enjoy the pears (no interest in the tuna, which the crows love, so it worked out lol)
Audrey stopped by for some grapes and blueberries (she left the shelled peanuts alone) Crows weren’t happy, but there’s enough snacks for everyone! ❤️

Quiet day today. Carla is resting up for tomorrow (second chemo treatment) and I’m having a lazy afternoon feeding my little squirrels and crows 🫶🏻
Took my stepmum to Highland Lighthouse today (part of the National Seashore Parks) She didn’t have enough strength to walk, but I told her that’s why we have a chair 😊
