Checked my Figma files! Some teams called it the "Carousel Menu", and my team called it the "In-Game Menu" (distinct from "Pause Menu").
I am equal parts livid about the fact that PowerPoint uses the same word as a wall socket, as I am about the fact that it's taken me this long to realise it.
I think we just called it the game menu on Conan? Or like, menu screens, or something equally generic like that. Can double check my Figma files later if you want.
