This finally came in the mail today. ⭐️

In honor of today’s brief snow and our snow day.

I’ve been working on new watercolor techniques.

I did mine last year. I think it’s worth it. It makes you think in depth about your teaching practice. I definitely thought about it and did some planning and small things from September to January. At the end of January, I cracked down and had all modules completed by deadlines in May.

Snowy snow day today. I got so much accomplished at home. I made biscuits for breakfast, hung lots of pictures on walls, and made homemade noodles for dinner.

I try not to work at home unless I have essays to grade. I prefer to stay at school for an extra hour or so to get everything finished so that my home time is just for me.

Big rain and wind storm yesterday sent us home from school 3 hours early. Today we are closed due to flooding and downed trees. Today’s gifted day will be spent organizing the garage in our new house and other various tasks.
