Some striking sound from the other nights thunderstorm. Recorded to a Scorpio at 32 Bit floating point. No clipping or over modulation of the mic capsules. Yep. That’s what an extremely close lightning strikes sounds like. THUNDERSTORM: FURY SKY 32-Bit SFX Library coming this fall.

Got a little Birthday Steinberger guitar practicing going on. My wife gave me a pair of gold hoop earrings to put back in my ear, it's 1984 all over again! Rocking at 62! hahaha... The 80s hair... well, no going back to that!

My guitar systems. Why buy one when you can have two for twice the price 😊 One Crunch rig and one Rockman rig.

Starting to get a little crazy here. Two guitar processing systems, one for the Les Paul and one for the Steinberger GL2. I can just keep them plugged in all the time and play when the music spirits awaken.

Special thanks to Natalie Thayer from HeadlessUSA for getting this Mint condition Steinberger GL2 Hardtail guitar for me, Serial 1657. I owned a GL2 back in 1984, serial GL-P107 & regrettably sold it in the 90s. I also have 1982 L2 bass serial 521, an early L2. Simply amazing! #steinberger

A work of art! Incredible engineering! It finally arrived. My mint condition, fully restored 1984 Steinberger GL2 guitar, serial number 1657. I ordered this 3 weeks ago and was sent the wrong serial number GL2. Oops! After some anxiety and worry they were able to ship this one. Now I play!

And then there were two… reunited at last and it feels so good! 1984 GL2 Hardtail.

Added another gizmo effect thingy to the guitar rig… getting there.

It’s sweet! Has two modes with both the modern dimensions sound along with the original rack Dimension D

After 33 years I’ve started playing again. Why did I stop, this is so much fun! Like riding a bike and my fingertips are sore from the guitar.

Playing again. My Steinberger L2 bass I’ve had since 1982 will soon be joined by a mint condition 1984 GL2 guitar. Together again! Very excited!
