Still trying to sell my home, I am stepping out of the circle and not buying again. More needs to be said about how the “lock out”effect harms existing owners. “Value” means nothing without the possibility of gains. If new buyers don’t exist what use is the monetary value of my home!?
AI labor model will expand globally, and it will be profitable in the short term existence of this stage. Meanwhile the manual labor is carried out by humans.

AI labor will be marketed as cheaper, faster, and more efficient than human labor. Now it is all essential to the American economy. The efficiency of the AI labor will be toggled back, and in order to have a “better” model you must pay for the next tier above what you already pay for. -3
AI is replacing those white collar jobs. All those people will need to be moved into new positions of labor, all the jobs the immigrants previously did. Smaller companies must now pay for the use of AI labor, because human labor is concentrated into essential sectors like agriculture. -2
