Latest reading… last week’s 2000 AD again before doing the Weekly 2000 AD this week for @thecomicon.bsky.social - Dan Abnett and Mark Harrison are doing something very, very special with The Out. Epic sci-fi where the story comes from their perfect characters.

I will have had, between Thanksgiving and Anniversary and my mandated Saturday off, 3 whole days of doing almost nothing but sleeping, eating, drinking, and generally making merry. I can thoroughly recommend it. Sunday, back to writing about comics. But hey, take a day off, it’s good for you.

This is really fantastic from @eggyhelen.bsky.social (plus gorgeous art by Emily Kimbell). Comics clubs in schools are such a wonderful thing, I could go on about it all day. Just read this, instead!
