My self-regulation project has been cross stitching the whole cast of #Undertale onto my new favorite jacket. It basically started as wanting a patch/pin jacket, but then I was finding that patches were $5-25 a patch. So Y'GIRL GOT TO MAKING HER OWN and hyperfixating on a single fandom. 😂

Try not to lose hope. My mom had a lightbulb moment where she flipped her vote off of Trump on the very last day. She started to listen because she didn't want to lose me. And our relationship has been improving (my dad is basically dead to me though). I hope you have something like that. :(

It hurts to read this because I have the same Fox problem with my parents. I've found that I absolutely needed to boundaries that "if you don't respect my values/things I'm being vulnerable about, you don't get my time period." And that absolutely sucks because I WANT a relationship with them.
