I've been playing Guilty Gear for roughly 100 hours now. It's a 50/50 split between training mode and online. It's my first fighting game ever and I have to say: it's so fun! The character designs and music drew me in, the challenge of learning the game is what kept me going!

I wish FROMSOFT had kept some animations from Dark Souls 2, especially the sword stance. It looks so much more practical compared to the DS1, DS3 and Elden Ring idle stances with swords. For all its jank, I do like DS2 a lot.

2/2 The game is beautiful to look at. It also has plenty of well choreographed, dramatic and funny cutscenes. But the main story simply felt like a slog. You essentially get "edged" too many times with too many setbacks. So yeah, it's a polished KCD 1. I liked it. Not my fav though. #KCD2 #KCD

1/2 I finished KCD II. While my opinion is mostly positive, I do have to say the game leaves a bitter taste on my tongue. The game's balance is horrendous, as it gets too easy too quickly. There are too many characters whose personality is "I drink and I fuck. I am such a scoundrel 💅". #KCD2 #KCD
