BLUESKY IS A WEBSITE THAT TURNS (post by jay.bsky.team claiming that bluesky is made with AI) INTO (picture of bluesky not working)

A drawing of the artist walking around with a silly smile, while a carabiner holding keys, connected to her pants, is making loud CLINK CLANK CLONK sound. Above her is a thought bubble with a robot bearing the caption "Lesbotron 3000", also making loud CLINK CLANK CLONK sounds.
happy lesbian week
And I get to provide some people with cheap GRS, I guess!
Message from a client, reading: “ OK so besides that one change I think this is done. Excellent work Mina this book is going to blow some dicks in half”
yknow this freelance layout artist gig has many things going for it, but one of my favourite things is wildly exceeding client’s expectations in the beautiful things I do with their text

really neat thread to see a roundup of indie games that are *all* worth your time, IMO
(and also one of mine tee hee)
Amazing that Apple's approach to anything even approaching consenting porn is "not on your life, you filthy pervert" and its approach to nonconsensual porn is, basically, "well, what can ya do"
I can imagine *something* but it exceeds the bounds of propriety and dignity

Spending a lot of time ripping out crab grass by hand so my clover can take root out back, and it has me meditating a lot on what it means to take out fascists.
We always used to say it was whack-a-mole, it wasn't.
Successful antifascism in a democracy is a practice of weeding
Hell yeah ^^
Long-time readers know I love this game but if you see this in the wild: c'mon it's got hubristic wizards, gossip mechanics, selling souls to demons and more. You know you want to give it a look.
uehehe here it is! We're keeping our cards close to our chest a lil, but lemme tell ya. This one's for the dolls
Just posted an update to the Lancer: NPCs Rebaked page, today is Wallflower NPCs Rebaked day where you can now get a snazzy pdf and lcp containing revised versions of the NPC classes found in No Room For a Wallflower, the Avenger, Lurker, Spite, and Strider

Answer: very carefully
I guess boycotting Harry Potter feels pretty trivial to me, because I'm an adult. if someone told me I shouldn't eat Gerber's baby food, I'd be like, that is no problem. I'm way ahead of you
A spread from an RPG book. The left-hand side describes the procedures of gathering dice and putting particular outcomes in play, while the right-hand side lists the core outcomes: succeeding at your task, gaining insight about the world, taking personal harm, causing turmoil to the dimension you're in, and using your reality-warping powers.
(Devoid of all context, here's the rolls and risk sheet for said WIP)
Oh my goodness one of my favorite games of all time! Every time I sit down to write a new game there is almost always a phase where I think: could I use the otherkind dice system for it?
(my current WIP is one of the most likely candidates for the Psi*Run treatment yet, haha)
Shit is getting real
b&w photo of Akira Kurosawa (far right of the frame) standing, seen from the knees up, smiling at Mifune who is on the far left of the frame, seen from the waist up in side view with katana over his left shoulder, Seven Samurai village in background
anyway here's Akira Kurosawa gazing lovingly at Toshiro Mifune on the set of Seven Samurai
Lots of the web rings I saw for comics recently weren't taking applications, so I went ahead and made my own! Check it out!

HOLDING THE LINE
"This is the day gentlemen. This is the day we make history."
Lancer art I did for Iphigenia at Midnight, out now.
god i fucking *wish* rpgs didn't need art
i write like a dozen games a year. i 'release' a new game in a way that matters maybe once every two years.
by volume, i'm not a game designer, i'm a clip studio and indesign toucher. game design is barely a blip. it's fucking miserable.
We're in the final hours of the Second Gig KS, and we hit the second stretch goal! For the final push I've posted about the third goal, an anthology of microgames:
Only two days to go on the Second Gig KS, and we're close to unlocking a stretch goal for a full hardcover print run! If you'd be interested in retrofuture cyberpunk TTRPG action please check us out and spread the word! (We've also got my past games available as add-ons if you'd be into that!)
Pink candy in the shape of a whale skeleton with gummy octopuses and other sweets.
Did I make a whale fall coffee cake for my Oceanography final? Yes, yes I did. The taffy bones did start melting, need a better material next time.
A mind like no other.
Fascinating interview with Kojima, here. Great stuff.

All of which to say: I see what both of y'all are talking about, and empathise deeply! Wouldn't it be nice if we could just make our art as the mood takes us, without the commercial motivator?
