I liked NORMAL quite a bit, at least until the last 15 minutes when Wheatley shoots himself in the foot (it was inevitable). Odenkirk is really lovely throughout, as is Jess McLeod.

Went to this a couple times in the theater when I was five, I even skipped T-ball practice for one of those. I always knew it was horrifying but watching it again as an adult I am stunned I watched this multiple times back then (and that my parents let me). To be clear, I love it.
