It's so easy! I finally took my comforter to the laundromat for a wash last week after about... mmmm.... a year and a half? There were more reasons than just forgetting, but it was far too long, anyhow. I definitely noticed a difference with a clean comforter 😌
Ope! I gotta change the sheets... Might be a tomorrow project, but today if I can.
Just a thought: How about we stop shaming the poor for buying things that may not be essential, and start shaming the rich for making a profit off things that are essential?
What??? Things fall apart when they aren't funded? IMAGINE!!!
My partner recently started a job where one of the perks is a paid day off on your birthday.
It's the very least I can do 💜
Good job Jessica!!!
In addition to their excellent work in healthcare and disability advocacy, Matthew once helped me get out of a bad rental situation, just because I was a person on the internet who needed some help. I am forever grateful.
If you have the ability, please consider sending some money their way!

Vivid memories of my high school teacher explaining one story with "then he grabbed her... (demonstrating on self) *right here*... but also not right there but I can't show you where. You get the idea."
Washington State, and I know I tried panning for gold at some kind of gold rush educational exhibit at some point but I'm pretty sure it was a family trip not a school field trip.
Oh right, that's this week! I was hoping I might make it this year, but it was not in the cards. Wishing a fabulous time for all aboard!
Another successful TB Ed talk complete! If you weren't able to watch this one live, you can catch the recording at www.youtube.com/live/g4gE2bp...
I'd say it was a good one, but they really all are.
Whoa, are they back? They all but disappeared from the internet for a while there!
I'd say I've seen both. Definitely more that tells you but it's boring, but plenty that just doesn't bother explaining.
I mean that is classic clickbait, innit?
Meanwhile, we got snow this morning. (Just a little bit.)
Incredible that you had time to sign books with such a tight connection!
Maybe you haven't seen them, but many of us have been using them for years, long before this whole AI situ began. You can pry my favorite punctuation from my cold, dead, 100% human hands.
By having another, more important task I need to do but really don't want to.
🤣🤣🤣
I mean it's not a bad place to be if you wanna do activism, but you probably won't find your reps there.
And so many more since!
Fun Fact: The state of Washington was named Washington and not Columbia (which was under consideration) because they were concerned Columbia would get too confusing with the District of Columbia.
Yeah, that worked out great.
Was it "spreadsheets" or the Billionaire Tears mug? Or both?
There's always that one lot! I used to live in a large apartment complex in Seattle that never bothered to have anyone shovel the sidewalk adjacent to it... they'd shovel all the walkways and driveways within the complex but not the sidewalk, and it always made me so mad.
I suppose the start of that thread is also relevant here:

Might have been the government! I just saw this post a few minutes before yours

That's so good to hear! And it's even more satisfying when you have a successful event in spite of the hitches.
