It's possible though! Some modders do change the icon along with the item, but I have only seen it once or twice among my stuff

The first of four comic panels. My Au Ra Alisea is sitting in her bed, dressed in her Fat Cat pyjamas, stretching from a nap. Stretching along with her at her side is a little black Coeurl kitten. The bottom left corner shows a speech bubble that reads: "Ahh... what a great nap that was!"
The second panel. Alisea is reaching for the tomephone on her end table. The text reads: "I feel like I slept a whole month."
The third panel. Ali is silently looking at her tomephone. The speech bubble only reads "...".
The last panel. Alisea has realised what day it is, smugly acknowleding it with: "... ah." The kitten has meanwhile flopped over, preparing for another nap.
It's only been... 10... weeks.
Oopsie.
At least she's up in time for Au Ra April, right?
