We decoded a spam email. Same tracking ID in three places: tracking pixel, every link, and the headers. Kill one, the others still live on. This is becoming standard practice now.

Not sure but could easily be used on copper sheet, aluminum sheet, or thin steel. I used something similar to make prototype metal boxes and cut square openings in them.

The one I used was more like this where the cutting end could fit in a drilled hole. The one you have would work well on edges.

It looks like some form of nibbler. A nibbler is used to knockout small square chunks of sheet metal. If what you have is a nibbler then it is for light weight materials.
