Started messing with this today as well, very much enjoying it! Hope you keep having a blast with it!

Sorry you had to deal with that. I truly don't understand guys who think they can just touch other people. I mean I'm a guy and I generally don't like being touched by others either, so I can only imagine how much worse a situation like yours is.
I think there's a changing business strategy at Microsoft overall that Xbox and Asha are clearly benefiting from, but as the consumer I don't care who's responsible, this is great news. Ironically if they'd simply raised it from $20 to $23 originally I doubt they'd have gotten the same backlash.
Glad to hear the ankle's getting better.
As far as Hades 2, I found it best not try to play it like the original, as Hades was kind of a dash fest. Hades 2, while the dash is still important, it's more about positioning and less dash spammy. But I also liked the refinement, hope you're enjoying it!
From what I saw of the trailers, I can't be surprised. This one seems like the strongest example of what's wrong with a lot of these biopics, where they tend to focus on and glaze the front end (best part) of these careers while often ignoring the dark parts that tarnished their legacies.
It's been such a top notch show from art to writing, it's all solid. Now, I'm not sure about you (and we won't see the new episodes until tonight) but my wife and I are kinda hoping they kill off Master Daki and Devon becomes Maul's apprentice, finally letting him succeed at that multi-show goal.
It's solid, loved it last year in early access and it's even better now. Definitely worth your time, once you're done with Saros naturally as that's just around the corner at this point.
Off the rip this isn't something I'd personally be particularly interested in, but you tell me Alex Garland's making the movie and now I'm deeply intrigued. Looking forward to see how this one plays out now.
I can certainly understand, the wait for Saros is really tough this close to launch. Luckily Hades 2 dropped on consoles, so I got that to replay as I continue to wait on Saros, going roguelite to roguelite!
Oh, I expect they'll really hit the 3.4 stream hard, especially if they do wrap up a lot of Aemeath's storyline in 3.3 which seemed the focus.
I do understand people wanting a rerun banner at least & that's fair, but 2nd anniversaries are pretty much never as celebrated as the 1st ones.
And then there's the character I was *actually* pulling for last night in Arknights: Endfield, Zhuang Fangyi. Absolutely love her design, has a top notch VA and apparently she's just utterly broken gameplay wise, so yeah, very pleased!
Oh, it's all over Instagram too, a ton of people lamenting how Kuro failed them with the patch. Meanwhile I'm over here as a ZZZ player seeing WuWa players get like 40+ free pulls and complain and I don't understand...lol!
QTP with one of your favorite anime for National Anime Day!
I've seen this sentiment a lot and I'm shocked by how many people expected free characters, as someone who plays ZZZ I'd never have such expectations. Plus I didn't expect to see Cyberpunk, they're pretty clearly focused on the Aemeath storyline atm, there's plenty of time before the CP collab.
Arknights:Endfield has a fascinating pull system for a gatcha game. I was pulling last night for the new character Fangyi and lost my 50/50, but instead of pulling a standard banner character, I pulled TangTang as you have a chance to pull previous banner characters.
That sounds rough, I can see where these kinds of games can provide a unique difficulty. Hopefully this one isn't as rough on you, I found it a bit less twitchy and more intentional in movement and attacking than the first game.
If I had to bet, they'd be who I put my money on. I think Denver and San Antonio can give them a good run, but both of those teams have far harder roads in the playoffs to the Conference Finals.
Such a fantastic game, looking forward to after work and starting my replay of it. Hope you have a lot of fun with the game!
Show 2) You & I are Polar Opposites
Episodes: 12
Overall: 8/10
It's not a particularly deep show, but that also kinda works to its benefit. It circumvents many of the typical school dating tropes & just focuses on the surprisingly relatable characters. It's fun and just makes you feel good.
QTP with your favorite Jedi!
(wrong answers only)
*You have no idea how many times I've heard "Look, a laser sword!" from this character*
Now that you mention it, I think you might be right about the chapter titles. The whole thing, from the art, to dialogue and the sound design makes Maul just seem truly menacing.
But then as you mention, he checks that for a more stoic, calculating delivery at times. I'm very impressed by the show.
It's a pain depending on the country, but it can always be worked out. We took our dog with us when we moved to Japan (VERY difficult country) and then brough both back (picked up our first Dachshund there) when we returned, definitely easier to come back to the US. But both ways were very doable.
Have you caught the subtle screams that come from Maul's lightsaber? Apparently they recorded Sam's screams and overlaid them at times, such an amazing touch.
Maul is so very well done, his logic and how he uses it to breakdown the Jedi at times is masterful, ad the combat is absolutely amazing.
Absolute fantastic film, and it's shocking how much of it was done with practical effects, including his taking a moment scene, not CGI. Ryan Gosling and that movie will have a busy awards season I suspect!
Show 1) #CyberpunkEdgerunners
Episodes: 10
Overall 9/10
Outside of a few minor vocal/art dips, the show is absolutely phenomenal in showcasing Night City. It's got heart, it's fun at times, funny and then utterly gut wrenching. It highlights both the beauty and the unforgiving nature of this world.
Yep, the new #Maul show absolutely rocks. He's such a fantastic villain, the way he speaks and worms inside of people's minds with his twisted logic is absolutely on point. And with this show they're making him by FAR one of the most menacing characters in Star Wars history.
It's been a mess for me throughout the day, struggling to load.
Game 3) #ResidentEvilRequiem
Play Time: 10 hrs
Overall 7/10
The math on this one is pretty easy, if you love Resident Evil games, you'll likely love RE9. If you don't enjoy them, it's unlikely you'll enjoy this one and if you're somewhere in the middle, it's a solid, but not exceptional game.
