** THURSDAY UPDATE **

The latest high resolution models are slowing the front coming into Minnesota until later in the day. Storms look to fire around 3pm along the US 71 corridor and then head east.

I have a previously scheduled engagement at 6pm tomorrow, so I'm not sure about a live stream.

Rainfall will vary from 0.25 to 0.50 inches west of a St. Cloud to Mankato line, going east to I-35, 0.50 to 1.00 inch of rain is possible, east of I-35 could see 1.5 - 2" of rain. Much of Wisconsin has already seen heavy rains so the potential for both flash and river flooding are both high.

Thursday is looking like a one-two punch of severe weather.

A sharp cold front moves through the region, storms will develop across western MN in the late morning hours and move across the region.. As the storms near the I-35 corridor, storms will be congealing leading to higher rainfall amounts.

Clouds will continue to increase overnight as moisture is pumped up into the region from the Gulf of Mexico. Overnight lows will be quite warm with upper 50s around St. Cloud and Little Falls to mid 60s in Faribault and Lakeville.
