Yay! I'm glad you liked "Ice." Sure, it's pretty much The Thing, but clearly made by people who are fans of The Thing. And, yeah, "Space" is not good. But I think the next two after (the one with Max Fenig and the one with the Eves) are very solid.

Oh wow, let's see. If you haven't gotten to ep 108 ("Ice") yet, then that's one where the show really figures itself out. I think seasons 2-4 are when the alien mythology is strongest. Also, any episode by Darin Morgan. And most of Vince Gilligan's (pre-Breaking Bad). Now I want to do a rewatch!
