Over the years, I have worked on quite a few improvements to the performance of Filament's bulk actions.

Initially, this involved moving our bulk selection tracking from Livewire to Alpine.js, so the selected record IDs were not sent to Livewire each time a request was made to the backend.

Without doing anything else we just copy and paste the article from spotlight to our editor and that’s all you would ever need for articles like this. ain’t that AMAZING 🤩

Now, I went ahead and extracted a couple of components from the template and setup the layout, we have a basic articles migration, model and @filamentphp.com **ArticleResource** and initialized the Plugin 🤩

We’re building an article like @tailwindui’s spotlight template—because, let’s be honest, I suck at design 😂 (but hey, I’ve got the license, so 😉).

So, I got the green light to spill the beans on how it works and why I’m THIS excited. 👀🔥

Spoiler alert: it’s a brand-new @filamentphp Hybrid plugin that works as BOTH a builder and an editor. Mind blown, right? 💥 to top it off its gonna be open-sourced 🤯

So 🎅 came early this year, and I got an amazing toy from @awcodes.bsky.social! 🤩 Dove into the source and got hyped—trust me, when you see it, you’ll know. The UX? 🔥 The API? 🚀 Pure brilliance!

Seems like i won’t be able to make it …was really looking forward to it😕
