When a student responds to an open-ended question, we then have the opportunity to "step it up" or "step it down" by providing challenge or providing support. Great takeaways for teachers from Tricia Zucker & Sonia Cabell's work! 💬 More in this article: files.eric.ed.gov/fulltext/ED6... #EduSky

That trust is so important!
One of my goals this year is increasing opportunities for teachers to do peer visits - would love to hear about effective intervisitation strategies/protocols/ideas teachers have found helpful in other districts! #EduSky
Good to know!
We’ve been having check-in meetings with teachers at each school between PD sessions, and it’s been a great opportunity to collect info on what has helped and what are new wonderings. Always looking for ideas though!
Has anyone had an issue with #alttext seemingly not saving on this platform? I have reminders on and have added alt text for every image I’ve posted, but it’s now only appearing on about 60% of them. Just wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue!
That’s exciting! I’m spending part of this week finalizing the work plans for next week’s literacy PD sessions. I love thinking about how our PD time can be responsive to teachers’ needs, so I’m excited to dig into possibilities! #EduSky #EduCoach
If you’re looking for a free way to support an author, did you know you can ask your library to stock a book you want to read that they don’t have yet? And usually it’s a very basic online form? Google your library name plus the words “request a title” or “suggest a title” to find yours.
LOVED this book ❤️
