Significant Cuts to SNAP, Medicaid, and Taxes Signed Into Law Earmarks are a way that U.S. Members of Congress can request federal funding to be directed specifically to fund projects in their state/district. These funds can bolster and expand our capacity to prevent and end youth homelessness.

On July 4, Trump signed H.R.1 into law, cutting youth experiencing homelessness access to food, education, and safety. This isn’t just policy - it’s people’s lives.
