I save and freeze all my extra bacon and great sausage fat drippings to turn into lard and use as the fat for meat pie pastry. I just freeze it in individual silicone muffin cups.
I got rid of all my giant cast enamel pots due to the weight. I only kept 2 cast iron frying pans. I miss them.
