A few years ago, I stressed myself into having a stomach ulcer. (Along with getting food poisoning TWICE that year)
And it's since hindered what my stomach will tolerate spicy wise and as a Hispanic woman I consider that to be a hate crime.
As stressful as this past year has been, these past few months I've been able to actively participate in my nieces and nephews lives for the first time ever.
Having been hanging on by a thread emotionally and financially has been worth it if I get to actually see them grow up.

Not only was the road suddenly closed on the hill I use to leave my house this morning with no warning. But the whole street is closed in front of my clients house and it seems like they change all the *external* streets that I have to find a new spot to park every morning.

I went to an actual job recruiting office, where they are supposed to help you find jobs (that are real and not just scammers posting listings) and you know the only thing they told me?
"They use AI on you, so you're gonna use AI on them." And pulls up ChatGPT (which I have never even used)
and all the while I get rejected from almost EVERYWHERE anyways no matter what kind of job I apply for?
I've applied to jobs in my field to basic customer service jobs and NOTHING.
