Thoughts and prayers...

I don’t know who I am anymore.
I’m lost under a heaping pile of carbon copies of myself,
all a little different than the last,
different hobbies,
different likes,
different looks,
but where is the real me?
Is the real in the differences those small changes that come day by day,
or is it lost to me?

Currently Reading: The Dungeon Anarchists Cookbook.
Book 3 cranks everything up. The stakes are higher, the dungeon’s meaner, and Carl is still the sarcastic, reluctant hero we all root for. The humor hits, the brutality doesn’t let up, and Donut remains queen of chaos. 10/10

Currently Reading: Carls Doomsday Scenario. Book 2 takes the chaos of the first crawl and cranks it up—more traps, more weirdos, more laughs in places you shouldn’t be laughing. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Currently Reading: Dungeon Crawler Carl is a chaotic, hilarious ride, dark, sharp, and full of heart. Brutal action meets laugh-out-loud moments. Easily 5 stars.

Currently reading: Scott Lynch’s The Republic of Thieves, book 3 of the Gentleman Bastard Sequence.
So far this series is like Ocean’s Eleven crash-landing into a Renaissance city-state, then sprinkled with alchemy, assassins, and more swear words than a drunken sailor convention. I love it!

Currently Reading…Change Agent by @daniel-suarez.com I was so impressed by his books Daemon and it’s follow up Freedom TM that I decided to move on to another of his techno thriller pre cyberpunk style novels. Can’t wait to see how this one surprises me.

Agreed, it’s a sad truth that world has to many Majors and Lokis and not enough Sebecks and Merritts

Currently reading, Martyr by Kaveh Akbar. I am really enjoying it! It's at times insightful and moving and others off putting or uncomfortable. It's such a solid book I highly recommend.
