Cybertron Sideways might be the most representative of the 00s Transformer of all time.

I don't really have the space, or kit, to do anything extravagant with my photos, but I think I've found a groove now when it comes to presentation. I just like clinical product shots I guess haha.

It's a minor thing, but the way insta makes my posts look thanks to the new aspect ratio makes me very happy haha

Did a shoot of 2006 Classics Deluxe Optimus the other day. A legendarily awful toy that helps to reassure me about how good we've got it now. A new Deluxe, Devastation Optimus Prime, came out recently and feels like a Masterpiece in comparison.

Omega Prime has stayed in the box since I got him because Red Alert is THAT good. Like, TF of the year contender good.

Another small photoset of the guy I can't get off my desk. Love this one, perhaps more than the Missing Link version? I don't know, but the lack of chrome definitely makes me want to mess with him more! Need a Ultra Magnus version yesterday!

Forgot to post here, as usual xD. Gamer Edition Sideswipe, a compromised if still fun take on the now 15-year-old video game. Mixed on these designs, I think I prefer my robots looking less...western? I'm not sure, these ones are very 2010 hahaha.

Absolutely can not wait for the Beast Wars II Lio Convoy retool with the replica box. Takara kills it with the packaging.

This toy has been the bane of my existence for the last few months. Luckily, a few days ago, I got an email alert at 2:30am, so I jumped out of bed to grab him before he vanished. Now he is mine, and I don't have to hunt these dumb (wondeful) expo exclusives anymore.

Luckily the second copy only had all the expected problems haha. Love the CW Scramble City system, but at least modern combiners don't get blown over by a small breeze!

I had to return my first set because one of the ball joints was practically melted! I hope Sixo's set is fine! 😬

Liokaiser deposit, done and dusted! The price turned out to not be so outrageous in NZ compared to Omega Prime (only $38USD more), so it wasn't as much as a pain. Hopefully the next Haslab isn't JG1 for once so I can safely skip it haha.

Picked Kingdom Warpath off the shelf for a quick photo or two. Feels like he's been forgotten rather quickly, but it's a bit scary to think he's nearly 4 years old too.

Successful day at a local toy fair. Got a crazy deal for Primus, fulfilling a childhood desire 20 year late hahaha.

Actually one of the best Transformers ever made.

I really like Nacelle, but it was a pain to get him. Amazon canceled orders, and those that did make it out also had a not-zero chance of developing MOLD spots! What a way to end the Siege Tetrajet mold though, saved the best for last.

Takara's decision to put some actual thought into their version of Earthspark Prowl makes this one a Hasbro exclusive! Think about the desirability, everyone loves exclusives!
